Funeral Flowers and Tributes

I offer a full range of funeral tributes from a traditional wreath, a bespoke coffin spray or letters, to a tied posy. I am happy to chat through the different options and can advise on what suits the person, the style of coffin and the service you are having. I am happy to use flowers from you or your loved ones garden, this is a lovely personal touch whatever the season.

As we are a rural area, natural designs reflect the beauty of the region and I'm happy to incorporate items or themes that best reflect the deceased persons interests, life and personality in flowers.

I work with our local professional funeral directors in Penrith (Richardsons and Walkers), Appleby (Glynn Jones), Keswick (Greens) and Carlisle to ensure the day runs smoothly and to co-ordinate delivery. I am also very happy to work alongside our lovely celebrants who provide a fantastic service and can recommend several excellent local celebrants.

Eco-Friendly Funeral Flowers

I specialise in eco-funerals, which is a growing part of my business and a very very personal. I have undertaken extensive training in this area in 2022, and I have over 20 years experience in creating funeral flowers.

Eco funeral flowers are perfect if you are interested in sustainability or are having a woodland burial. There are various options such as willow ring based wreaths, hearts and crosses, a tied sheaf or fully compostable coffin spray.

For ALL funerals I am happy to use flowers and foliage's from your garden, this adds a lovely personal touch any time of year. This is along side flowers from my wholesalers The Flower Bank, Heemskerk, local growers and my small garden when available.

This style and ethos perfectly reflects those who have loved living in the area, their friends and family.

Additional services for funerals

I also offer an additional service of taking the spray after the service, putting the flowers into jars and bringing them to the wake so they can be enjoyed by you all afterwards and taken home. I am happy to incorporate personal special items such as clothing, medals or tools amongst the flowers and foliages.
